  • Identity details — the photo ID you present at check-in, where we are required by law or by our security procedures to record or copy it.

  • Stay information — your arrival and departure, services you use, charges, feedback and reviews.
  • Website data — technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through essential cookies and similar technologies.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

  • the payment processor that takes your payment, to take and refund payments;
  • BookingHQ, which provides our reservation and website platform and processes data on our behalf under contract;
  • messaging and email providers that deliver our messages to you;
  • professional advisers, insurers and auditors where necessary;

Everyone we share information with may use it only for the purpose we share it for.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep reservation and payment records for as long as we need them to provide your stay and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations — usually up to six years after your stay. Identity copies and CCTV recordings are kept only for as long as the law or our security procedures require, after which they are deleted. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw your consent.

7. How we protect it
